Patrick joined Silver Lake Bank in 1980 following his graduation from Kansas University with a degree in Business Administration and Finance. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1981 and was elected President in 1987. During his career with SLB, Patrick has held various positions from teller to putting together complex lending transactions.

Kerry J. Martin, Executive Vice President
Kerry has been with the bank since 1989. She graduated from Kansas University with a degree in Accounting and Business Administration, then was an FDIC Bank Examiner for 4½ years before joining the bank. Her responsibilities include regulatory compliance, internal audit oversight and overall management of the organization.

Eric M. Donaldson, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Eric graduated from Washburn University with a degree in Finance and was employed with local organizations before joining the bank in 2000 as the Assistant Controller. He was promoted to Controller in 2001 and CFO in 2014. Eric has overall responsibility for the financial records of the bank and is a member of the Asset Liability Committee.

Brice W. Feldt, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Brice joined the bank in 1993 as an accounting clerk. During his tenure with the bank, he has served in many capacities including Accounting Supervisor, Branch Manager of Jayhawk, Data Processing Manager, Information Technology Manager and his most recent position is Chief Operating Officer. Brice is a graduate of Fort Hays State University with a degree in Accounting.

Staci Bray, Vice President / Loan Processing Manager
Staci has been with the bank as Loan Processing Manager since 2008. Prior to Silver Lake Bank, she worked for a local finance company for 13 years and prior to that a local bank for 5 years. Staci works directly with our lending staff in management of the processing, maintenance, and servicing of our loan portfolio, which includes commercial, agriculture, consumer, and residential real estate loans.

Ryan M. Geist, Assistant Vice President / Controller
Ryan joined the bank in 2015 as Assistant Controller after spending four years at a public accounting firm as an Audit Associate. He is a graduate of Washburn University with a degree in Finance and Accounting. Ryan was promoted to Controller in 2018 and is responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions of the bank as well as financial reporting.

John J. Geiger, Market President, Loan Officer - Overland Park / Greater Kansas City

John joined the bank in 2022 and leads the bank’s newest location in Overland Park. He is well established in the Greater Kansas City market with over 30 years of commercial banking experience and previously served as Market President and Chief Credit Officer for two other financial institutions. His business development specialties include working capital lines of credit, equipment financing, commercial real estate and residential construction lending. He graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Business Administration with a major in Economics.

Judy joined the bank in 2001. During her more than two decades at the bank, she served as the branch manager at both the Gage and Jayhawk branches. She is always happy and eager to serve customers.

Kelli joined the bank in 2013 after spending five years in the banking industry serving in various capacities and roles. Kelli is located at the Main office in North Topeka where she is involved with portfolio and risk management as well as consumer and commercial lending.

Christa has been in banking operations for more than 40 years with 29 of those years with Silver Lake Bank. She is responsible for bank security, and oversight of retail/deposit operations. Though her office is in the loft at our Jayhawk location, you never know at which location you’ll find her.

Sierra K Tucker, Jayhawk Branch Assistant Manager
Sierra joined Silver Lake Bank in 2021 with more than three years’ customer service experience. Her responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, building customer relationships, and managing customer service reps and tellers at our main branch. Sierra grew up in Princeton and attended Washburn University. When she isn’t working she enjoys listening to crime podcasts and spending time with her boyfriend and dogs.

Rachel Garrison, Southwest Branch Manager
Rachel grew up in north Topeka and graduated from Seaman High School and Washburn University. She serves as the branch manager for the Southwest branch with a primary emphasis on working with businesses on their account needs, specifically Health Savings Accounts. When she isn’t working, she enjoys her two Great Danes as well as watching movies, doing arts and crafts with her Cricut, and spending time with family and friends.

Roberta B. Haflich, Vice President, Gage Branch Manager
Prior to joining the bank in 2006, Roberta (Bert) had spent over 30 years in the financial services field. Bert is a graduate of Holton High School and has spent her entire career in Topeka. She is able to work with customers on filling both deposit and loan needs and has overall responsibility for the customer IRA accounts maintained by the bank.

Rachel Vazquez, Lawrence Branch Manager
Rachel joined the Lawrence branch in 2022, following a number of years in both customer service and working with financial institutions. She grew up in Douglas County’s Stull/Le Compton area and is a multi-generational Shawnee Heights High School graduate. She followed with post-secondary studies in nursing at Kaw Area Technical School. She loves the vibe of downtown Lawrence and working with customers on their deposit needs. She is happily married with 8 children, grandchildren and two pit bulls – Leroy and Hank.
