Current Employment Opportunities
Credit Analyst - due to continued loan growth, we are wanting to add a full time Credit Analyst to our team to work out of our Main Office in North Topeka.
This position will work in conjunction with lending staff to maintain the quality of the Bank's loan portfolio by analyzing existing and potential customer financial information, generating reports, researching various industries and aiding in loan decisions. In addition, they will assist in the management of the Bank's construction loan portfolio and prepare credit memos and other support required for loan renewals.
Qualified cnadidates will have or be in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a business related field from a four year college or university. They will also be able to read and interpret financial information which they can convey concisely in either oral or written forms. Microsoft Office proficiency is required. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be highly organized, self motivated and able to efficiently manage multiple projects at once.
Branch Manager - Full time position in our Main Office in North Topeka. Primary responsibilites will be generating deposit growth in this market through internal and external sales and managing branch staff. The candidate will represent the bank in local organization and events as well as assisting other staff with achieving goals. Additionally, will work alongside staff to open and service accounts as needed.
Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of successful business development with experience in the Topeka market and experience managing others.
