  • Loan Assistant

    Our office in Lawrence has a FT position available for a Loan Assistant.  The primary duty of the loan assistant is to work with the lenders to generate accurate and timely loan documentation in order to fulfill the lending needs of our customers.  Other duties include but are not limited to processing draws and payments, maintaining up to date information on existing customers and ensuring proper collateral perfection. Qualified candidates will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, solutions focused and take significant ownership of work products. 

  • Administrative Assistant
    FT position available in our Lawrence office for an experienced individual to assist a lender in managing a growing loan portfolio.  Responsibilities will include the collection and organization of supporting documentation needed to generate loan documents as well as serving as a liaison between the lender and other loan staff. Qualified candidates will be highly organized, able to manage and perform multiple tasks and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
     

  • Branch Manager
    FT position in our Lawrence office for a Branch Manager.  Primary responsibilities will be generating deposit growth in the Lawrence market through internal and external sales and managing the Lawrence staff.   Additional responsibilities will include representing the bank in local organizations and events as well as assisting other staff with achieving goals. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of successful business development with an established following in Lawrence and experience in managing others.
