What an interesting last few months. A Presidential election that drew a record number of voters and resulted in a change of administrations. Covid cases are on the rise. Parents and teachers adapting to remote learning. Employers adapting to running their businesses with staff working from home. Families planning for Thanksgiving without the traditional faces around the table. And, the Dow closes above 30,000 for the first time ever.
At Silver Lake Bank, we are adapting to lobbies opening and closing and increased use of remote methods of connecting with our customers. Customers and potential customers can reach us by telephone, cell phone, email, Facebook and online banking in addition to using our drive ups and making appointments to come into our lobbies. We continue to go see our customers while practicing proper social distancing and wearing masks.
During these challenging times, we have seen an increase in our deposit and loan business. This is occurring because our service reputation is producing many referrals and our base of customers are still active. We have Conversion Specialists to assist you in moving your banking business to SLB.
